The Web Attribution report shows which marketing sources are driving qualified leads for your business. This feature will help you track, attribute and report on calls. Understanding how paid, organic, and other traffic are influencing call conversions helps you understand where to focus your efforts.
Web Attribution report can be accessed by going to Reports > Web Attribution.
Medium: The medium tile shows you which medium is driving the most calls to your business. The label in the middle of the pie chart shows your best performing medium.
Source: The source tile shows you which source is driving the most calls to your business. The label in the middle of the pie chart shows your best performing source.
Page Counter: The page counter tile shows the number of pages which were viewed before a visitor made a call. This can be helpful for understanding how much research your visitors are doing before calling or if visitors are having trouble finding your contact page.
Medium/Source: The medium/source tile shows which source and medium combination drove the most calls to your site.
Keyword: The keywords tile shows which keyword drove the most calls to your business. Only available for paid search traffic only.
Device: The device tile shows which device your visitors were browsing your website on when they made a call to your business.
Landing: The landing tile shows the initial landing page of calls to your business.
Conversion: The conversion tile shows the page the visitor was on when they made the call to your business.
Please note: The dates and date ranges shown in in the web attribution page are based on the visit date rather than the call date.
