      Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

      Two-factor authentication (2FA) has been implemented across all WildJar accounts as an additional layer of security and to protect your account from potential cyber threats. As of 27 February 2023, two-factor authentication has been mandatory for logins where a user wants to be remembered on the computer for 30 days.

      Logging in with 2FA

      1. When logging into the WildJar portal, enter your username and password and tick Don’t ask for the next 30 days.

      2. The first time you log in, you will need to enter a mobile number to receive an SMS with an authentication code.
      3. Enter the code received via SMS into the box.
      4. If successful, you’ll have the option to scan the QR code into a third-party 2FA app such as Google Authenticator, Authy or Duo. You can also skip using an app and only use SMS.
