Resetting your password

If you have forgotten your password, you are able to reset it or have an administrator on your account send a password recovery email for you.

How to reset your password

1. Navigate to the WildJar login page
2. Click Forgot Password?
3. Enter the email address you use to log into WildJar and click Request.
4. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.

How to reset the password of a user on your account (account administrators only)

1. Click ⌘ (Administration) > Users.
2. Select the relevant user.
3. At the bottom of the user details pane, click Send Password Recovery Email.
   
   
   
   
4. The user will receive an email with a link to reset their password.
