If you have admin access to the WildJar portal, you are able to change users’ access levels, enable and disable the web phone, suspend and completely remove inactive users from your account.
Edit a user’s permissions
- Click ⌘ (Administration) > Users.
- Select on the user you would like to edit permissions for.
- The user’s details will be shown in the right hand panel.
- Add or remove the required permissions from the user:
reports - This gives the user access to only view the dashboards and data without being able to add more phone numbers and change settings.
conf - Give access to reports plus being able to change number configuration settings
users - Ability to add users to the account
billing - Access to invoices and payments
admin - Full administrative access to the account - Click Save.
Suspending and/or removing a user
- Click ⌘ (Administration) > Users.
- Select the user you would like to suspend or remove.
- In the user details pane, click on the bin icon to suspend the user.
- If you wish to permanently remove the user from your WildJar account, click Remove.
Reactivating a suspended user
- Click ⌘ (Administration) > Users.
- Select the suspended user you would like to re-activate.
- In the user details pane, click Re-activate.
