How to view SMS Campaign Reports

The SMS Bulk Reports allow you to get an overview of the performance of your SMS Bulk Campaigns and any engagement they generate.

Note: SMS reports may take up to 24 hours to update as delivery reports, opt-outs, and replies are populated as they are received from recipients.

Accessing SMS Campaign reports

  1. Navigate to SMS > Bulk Reports to show you the list of recent SMS campaigns and the date they were sent.
  2. The text or the message you sent is shown when you click the Identification code on the left.

Report overview

The report shows the following information:

  • Campaign: The sending mobile number and identification code given to the campaign.
  • Name: The descriptive name given to the campaign.
  • Date: The date the SMS was sent.
  • Sent: The number of SMS sent.
  • Delivered: The number of SMS reported as delivered by the receiving carrier. Some carriers may not share delivery reports.
  • Failed: The number of SMS which have had a soft bounce (ie. phone off, no phone reception) or hard bounce (ie. number disconnected).
  • Replies: The number of replies (including opt-outs) received. You can click into the campaign for detailed a breakdown of replies and opt-outs.
  • Opt-Outs: The number of recipients who have opted out of your campaign by replying STOP or your nominated opt-out keyword for SMS replies.

Exporting campaign reports

You can also export the full delivery report for your campaigns to a CSV file by clicking Export Details in the detailed data pane.
