      Get instant call highlights with AI Super Summaries

      WildJar's AI Super Summaries help save time and enhance your productivity by instantly summarising your call recordings into simple, actionable points, highlighting important aspects of the conversation without having to listen to the whole recording.

      Getting Started

      To activate AI Super Summaries, you'll need to activate call recording and Call Intelligence on your tracking numbers.

      Viewing Call Summaries

      After Call Intelligence has been activated, you can view call summaries by following the below steps:

      1. Select Calls from the sidebar.
      2. Locate a call which has been transcribed by looking for the transcript icon () next to the call details and call recording icon.

      3. Click on the + icon to expand the call details section.
      4. In the Call Summary section, click Load Call Summary.

      5. The call will be then summarised into its key points:
