If you no longer require an account or sub-account, it can be decommissioned easily from within the WildJar dashboard.
If there are any numbers in the account, you must decommission all active numbers before decommissioning the account. You will receive an error if you try to decommission an account with any active numbers in it.
Decommissioning an account
Please note: If the account is the top-level or main billing account, it cannot be cancelled in the portal. Please contact our support team to cancel this account.
Please follow the below instructions to decommission an account:
- Select a single account from the account selector and click apply.
- Click the cog icon next to the account selector.
- Click on the red bin icon in the top right hand corner of the Account Details pane.
- Confirm that you want to permanently remove the account. This includes any configurations in that account, including integrations, dynamic number insertion and power ups, as well as any data stored on that account.
After confirming, the account will be decommissioned and you'll receive a confirmation with the data and configurations which have been removed.
