The WildJar Dashboard gives you quick stats on your account and provides an overview of the top sources generating calls.
Overview
The main tiles on the dashboard show the below:
Total Calls: The total number of calls into your business
New Callers: How many of the Total Calls are New Callers and haven't called your business in the last 6 months
Missed Calls: How many of these calls were missed by the business, either through the caller Abandoning the call, receiving a Busy tone or being diverted to a Voicemail.
Average Duration: The average call duration.
Web Traffic: Percentage of calls generated from your website.
Time to Answer: Average number of seconds before a call is answered by an agent.
Filtering
Date and time ranges
You can filter the dashboard by using the date range picker in the top right. After you select the desired option, click Apply.
Timeline view
Change the timeline view of call data to toggle between seeing the call timeline by hour, day of the week (weekdays), specific dates (days) or months.
Top 10 objects overview
Click View in the right hand side of the Top 10 header to change between top 10 accounts, tracking sources or answer points.
Additionally, you can click the yellow configure icon to configure the columns to see in the view.
