Create a conversion goal in Microsoft Advertising

In order to integrate WildJar calls into Microsoft Ads, you'll need to set up an offline conversion goal in your Microsoft Ads account.

Please follow the steps below:

1. Log into your Microsoft Ads account
2. Click Conversions from menu bar on the left hand side.
   
   
   
   If it is not pinned to your menu bar, you can find it in Tools > Conversions.
3. Click + Create
4. Select Offline as the conversion type, then click Next.
5. Select Contact as the Goal Category and Offline conversions as the Goal Type, then click Next.
   
   
6. Give the offline conversion a descriptive name, by default, we recommend Phone Lead. Ensure you configure any advanced settings as you require, then click Save and next.
   
   
7. Continue through the flow (ie. if you want to set up enhanced conversions or tagging) until complete and click Done.
