      Changing your password

      You can update your password easily from within the WildJar portal at any time using the instructions below. If you’ve forgotten your password, you can also reset it from the portal login page

      1. Click the Hi, name button in the top right of the portal

      2. Select User Preferences
      3. In the user details pane, click Change Password

      4. Update your password
        Note: For security reasons, your password should be 8 characters or longer and contain numbers and symbols.
      5. Click Update
